So much more to pay for DSTV Suscribers as Court dismisses suit against DSTV's subscription fees increase

If you are a lover of entertainment and wants to continue to enjoy the services of Multichoice Nigeria, a top provider of satellite television in Nigeria, DSTV,then you must continue to pay exorbitantly.

Justice Chukwujeku Aneke of the Federal High Court Lagos on Thursday struck out the suit filed against the South-African company by two subscribers over the 20% increase in subscription.

Justice Aneke in his ruling, said the plaintiffs who are both lawyers and subscribers of DSTV had no obligation to continue using the service of Multichoice after they increase their charges.

He described their suit as abuse of court proceedings.

It will be recalled that many Nigerian suscibers of DSTV over the years have complained about the exorbitant fees being charged by the company in Nigeria, and protested further with the recent overnight increase in subscription fee.
